ordering and shipping
Once we have received your request, we will e-mail you with confirmation of your order. You should receive your Prestige Drap Santé Health Sheets or Velvet Flannel Sheets within 2-10 business days. Out of stock items take longer. We will notify you in this case. (Shipping in Canada and USA Only)
What products do you offer?
We offer Prestige Drap Santé Health fleece sheets, with sizes from Twin to King.

How many colours do you carry?
Prestige Drap Santé Health sheets are made in many beautiful colours. Please see Drap Santé page for a listing of the colours.
The Velvet Flannel is made in 4 beautiful Colours ( See Velvet Flannel Page).
Who makes the sheets?
The Prestige Drap Santé Health sheets are designed in Montreal, Quebec, and are made overseas.
The Velvet Flannel Sheets are made in Canada by Cuddle Down Products in Ottawa, Ontario. They are a family owned business since 1975.
What are the sheets made from?
The Prestige Drap Santé Health sheets are made from a Unique blend of 100% Polyester Fleece. It gives you comfort and warmth while protecting from humidity. The sheets are brushed to a lovely softness on one side only, sleeping between the two soft, fluffy sides for a “Sweet Sleep”.
The Cuddle Down Velvet Flannel sheets are 100% Cotton Shaved Flannel that is Double brushed for luxurious softness and warmth. They resist pilling better than any product on the market.
The Velvety smooth Flannel is woven by Master Weavers in Portugal. They are cut and sewn in the Cuddle Down factory in Ottawa to ensure that you receive the finest quality bedding available in Canada. *Velvet Flannel Sheets are among the most generously sized sheets available on the market. For lavishly thick pillow top mattresses, 20″ Mega deep pockets are available.
Shipping Company
We ship using Canada Post Expedited Service (includes tracking of your order).
How much is shipping and handling?
In Canada, shipping is a flat rate of $10 . (If out of normal delivery range, an extra fee may be required. We would notify you in this case).
In the USA, there is an added charge for shipping. We will notify you of this charge after order placement but before shipping.

Conditions
All prices are net and do not include taxes and shipping charges. We reserve the right to limit amounts and quantities of any order.
RETURNS
Our products are guaranteed to be free of defects and may be returned to us within (7) seven days if you are not completely satisfied. Product must be returned in original package unopened and/or not laundered. Product must be in resale condition. (Customer must pay return shipping).
General Product Care
Your Prestige Drap Santé Health sheets should be washed in cool water and dried on a low heat.
Your new Velvet Flannel Bedding are recommended to be washed in cool water and dried at a low temperature for best results, providing years of Cuddle Down comfort!
